About Us We're By Lovely, the creators of conversation card games like Substance and Spark—designed to spark deeper, more meaningful conversations. Our videos—especially street interviews and social ads—regularly reach millions of viewers, and we’re looking for someone to help us level up our content for the influencer we work with (@Damispeakz and our business channels @shotsbylovely). The Role We’re looking for a creative, self-directed Videographer & Content Creator to help us shoot, edit, and produce compelling short-form content (primarily for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube). This includes: * Street interviews with individuals and couples playing our game in public spaces (similar to this: https://www.tiktok.com/@damispeakz/video/7504487794669128990) * Product-focused social ads and mini-commercials * Short-form edits that are emotional, punchy, and built for virality You’ll work closely with our small team to bring ideas to life—from planning and filming to editing and delivery. What You’ll Do * Film street interviews and public content (you should be confident approaching people) * Capture product shots for promos and ad content * Edit 15–90 second vertical videos optimized for social platforms * Help brainstorm angles, hooks, and creative concepts * Manage footage, organize assets, and ensure quick turnaround * Handle basic lighting, audio, and editing workflow Who You Are * A self-sufficient content creator: shooter + editor in one * Experienced with social-first video content, especially interviews and TikTok-style videos * Can shoot clean video in outdoor and dynamic environments * Comfortable directing or guiding people on-camera in casual settings * Plugged into trends and understand what makes content go viral * Reliable, quick to communicate, and able to take creative direction Nice to Haves * Motion graphics or graphic design skills * Familiarity with influencer marketing or UGC-style content Compensation Hourly or per-project pay based on experience.
