Lab Retriever mix 5 years old available for adoption (russian river)

We are looking for a country home for our retriever, Jersey, a 5-year old retriever mix. Her was a 10-month old rescue in 2021. He's well behaved and in good health but would like attention. He weighs 55 lbs. We live in San Francisco.. Adoption is non-urgent. Our kids are away in college and we would like Jersey to have more humans. Our ideal would be for Jersey to have more outdoor time and a larger yard in the country (so to speak). He's fine with children and other dogs and hasn't bothered with the neighbors cats. He's friendly in the park with other dogs. He is fine with people once he meets them. He doesn't swim on his own but will swim (well) with some coaxing. Jersey is chipped, licensed and vaccinated. We have his full medical record. We can offer food for the first month and a year of pet insurance if helpful. If practical we can offer to take care of Jersey when you travel.
