Position type: Full-Time Earth Runners is a nature-inspired sandal company established in 2012. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented makers to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on role crafting minimalist footwear that reconnects people with the Earth– perfect for those who take pride in physical work, thrive in flow state, and want to grow with a mission-driven company. Role Overview: As a Production Hand, you’ll be trained in our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to help manufacture our sandals from raw materials to finished goods. Daily tasks are physical, repetitive, and require consistency, craftsmanship, and focus. Daily Duties Include: -Laminating, die-cutting, drilling, and sanding sandal beds -Cutting and assembling webbing and hardware -Weaving laces and assembling complete sandal kits -Order prep and fulfillment (as needed) -Maintaining organized, clean, and safe workspaces 🧠 Who We’re Looking For You’re a good fit if you: -Enjoy working with your hands and tools -Have excellent attention to detail and follow-through -Are physically comfortable with standing tasks, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 30 lbs -Are trainable, focused, and efficient in a team environment -Are self-managing, punctual, tidy, and communicative Bonus if you: -Have previous experience in production, crafts, construction, warehouse, or fulfillment -Are a builder, problem-solver, or someone who thrives in systems-based work -Are passionate about ancestral health, natural movement, or sustainable living -Live within 30 minutes of our shop to ensure on-time arrival.
