We operate four popular cafes in Marin and have a wholesale commercial bakery producing flatbread crackers, cookies and crisps in Petaluma with products sold nationally by fine retailers throughout the US. BENEFITS -Competitive pay starting at $21/hour base pay + $1/hour 3rd shift pay -Health, Dental, and Vision insurance -Paid Time Off -Employee discounts -401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching funds - Annual $60 safety shoe allowance JOB DESCRIPTION: The QA Technician is responsible for ensuring that all Rustic Bakery products are of the highest quality from ingredients to final finished cases. This position ensures that all applicable laws and company standards are followed from ingredients arrival to finished cases shipped. The QA Tech needs to be independent of the production, packaging, and shipping departments. Responsible for collecting information, completing reports on findings to pass along to Managers. Attention to Food Safety protocols, equipment operations, and safety procedures is required. All third shift positions earn an extra $1/hour in addition to the base rate listed below. Must be able to work from 9pm to 5:30am Monday through Friday. Overtime and Saturday hours may be required at times based on the business need.
