Stolen stuffed small teddy bear w/tiny banjo (oakland downtown)

This occurred over a year ago, someone broke my car window, took my suitcase, and inside was an extremely sentimental tiny stuffed teddy bear holding a banjo. Someone has this, needs to be returned, very gracious reward.
