Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician WANTED (Albuquerque) COMPENSATION: $75 per job and an average of 4-6 jobs a week. Our jobs average 2-5 hours. You will make between $15/hr.-$40/hr. depending on the job. We work when our customers need us, which in many cases may be at night. This leaves us with lots of time to enjoy the daylight hours while others are working. Safely use extension ladders 7. Lift 50 lbs without restrictions 8. No direct experience required. Extensive training provided. Job Duties Include: - Power washing of kitchen exhausts systems including hoods, duct work, filters and exhaust fans - The set up and take down of all job sites and equipment including wiping down of stainless steel hoods, setting up wet/dry vacuums, high pressure hoses, ladders, hanging plastic sheeting, etc. - Independent completion of work projects without supervision - Maintain equipment, reporting any mechanical deficiencies, provide client support. Previous Experience is Helpful but not required: - Experience in kitchen exhaust cleaning - Basic repair skills related to a pressure washers, pumps, small engines, hoses etc. - Bilingual ( Spanish - English )

Direct movement of traffic through site, using sign, hand, and flag signals. Warn construction workers when approaching vehicle fails to heed signals to prevent accident and injury to workers. Give hand marker to last driver in line up of one-way traffic for Flagger at opposite end of site, signaling clearance for reverse flow of traffic. Observe safety and security procedures; determine appropriate action beyond guidelines; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly. Inform drivers of detour routes through construction sites. Record license number of traffic control violators for police. Follow all policies and procedures and meet all performance goals. Other duties may be assigned. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of related experience/training Able to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily (including weekends) Must pass drug test Must be willing and able to join the local Laborer's union. May be required to submit to a background check (project-specific) Flagger Certification preferred but not required.
