ShareSeeking an experience crew lead preferably with grounds-keeping experience in wine hospitality. A supervisor of a crew of one to five Gardeners. Responsible for the routine maintenance functions on the sites, as well as maintaining the high quality of company standards and participating in the personnel management and training of staff. Supervise Maintenance Job Sites & Extra Work Order (EWO) Field Sheets, field instructions, on a daily basis under the general supervision and guidelines of the Field Supervisor and other key management personnel. May be requested to assist FS in maintenance bids, EWO preparation, and site analysis. Develop a working field team: manage and direct all personnel on the designated job sites. Highly specialized skills as needed on job sites such as pest control, irrigation repairs and programming, tree work, pruning, water management. Responsible for maintaining all paperwork related to job site (i.e.: time sheets, time cards, field sheets, crew books & other paperwork as designed by management). Responsible for enforcement and demonstrating an understanding of all company rules, policies & regulations, including the company’s Safety Program. Other duties as assigned. Detects and corrects all field problems in routine and non-routine situations. Detects and corrects irrigation problems, from lateral to main lines. Understands and practices basic concepts of personnel supervision, progressive discipline, customer service. Full time position with direct report 4 days top one Napa location, and with other duties as assigned one additional day reporting in Napa county. Valid CDL required.
