Collaborate with clients to assess technology needs and provide tailored solutions. Document installations, configurations, and system performance reports. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and best practices. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IT support, low-voltage cabling, or network infrastructure (preferred). Strong understanding of network architecture and system integration. Familiarity with tools such as Fluke testers, labeling systems, and patch panel setups. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
