Club House staff play a critical role in providing our members and guests with an exceptional golf experience. If you have the customer service skills, we are willing to train you. Key Areas of Responsibilities Include: • Social media utilization. • Provide excellent customer service by responding to members’ and guests’ inquiries in a courteous manner, providing information, and helping to resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner. • Welcome members and guests while utilizing club software to assist members in making and changing tee time reservations and tournament registrations. • Accurately process shop merchandise purchases and arrange merchandise displays to optimize the space and visibility of products. • Team player willing to pitch in where needed. Experience/Qualifications: • Experience working in a golf pro shop is helpful. • Proficient in use of computers, golf-related software and social media. • Previous customer service & social media experience is preferred. • Team player. • Knowledge of the game of golf is useful. • Sense of humor is a must.
