Summary We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to join our team at Parkway Custom Drycleaning. In this role, you will support our production and customer service operations by assisting with tagging garments, bagging and light customer service duties. Your contributions will help maintain our high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities Tagging customer items prior to cleaning Bagging garments to prepare them for customer pickup or delivery Light customer service duties including assisting customer when picking up times and create quick receipt for customer drop offs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Must speak English, but this can be your second language. Spanish a plus. Computer literate Prior experience in a Drycleaning, warehouse or production environment is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills in English Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work varied weekday hours between 7:30am-6pm and possible Saturdays.
