A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position involves traveling throughout California to build and maintain strong customer relationships with both new and existing accounts in a thriving, high-demand industry. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business across your assigned territory. • Conduct in-person visits with feed stores, commercial facilities, distributors, and large-volume retail customers. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the equestrian, livestock, or agricultural sectors. • Build long-term customer relationships by providing attentive service and product support. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and excellent customer satisfaction. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer feedback, and travel schedules. Qualifications • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in agriculture, animal care, feed supply, or similar industries. • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Comfortable traveling frequently throughout California (up to 70% travel). • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
