Role & Responsibilities: - Lease apartments. - Follow up with all leasing traffic and input all information into the appropriate system. - Tour and lease apartments and sell the products and service of the community. - Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to the actual occupancy of the resident. - Walk apartment before move in to insure Greenline standards. - Prepare and complete all leasing paperwork including the lease. - Obtain move in keys, remote and parking permit prior to resident's move-in date. - Maintain thorough product and knowledge of the community and the competition. - Prepare weekly and/or monthly market surveys. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - 2 years experience in apartment leasing and/or sales - Apartment leasing experience or experience in a customer service related industry (i.e., retail sales, hospitality). - Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English and Spanish. - Demonstrate ability to apply sales skills (generating sales leads, conducting presentations, qualifying prospects and closing). - Must have mathematical skills at high school level to calculate prorated rents, deposits, etc. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office in order to complete required reports, create marketing flyers, etc. Apply: Send us your resume by applying to this job.
