Dishwasher (Petalluma)

Dishwasher/Kitchen Help Dillon Beach Resort is a 55-acre coastal property in West Marin County. The property currently features a private beach with an accompanying beach parking lot and restrooms, Coastal Cabins, a general store, restaurant, and surf shop. We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team and maintain cleanliness throughout our restaurant. Responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates, and utensils, operating dishwashing machines, and properly stacking cleaned items. Please note that this position requires availability to work evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas Load and unload dishwashing machines Wash specific items by hand (e.g., wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china) Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately Set up workstations before meal preparation begins Ensure sufficient clean dishes, glasses, and utensils are available, especially during peak hours Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies (e.g., detergents) and place orders when necessary Inspect dishwashing machine operation and promptly report any technical or performance issues Remove garbage regularly Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor Skills Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed Strong time management skills Attention to detail and adherence to sanitation standards Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma is a plus Job Type: Full-time
