About Us: We are a growing educational consulting practice specializing in college counseling and academic tutoring. Our mission is to support students in achieving their full academic potential and prepare them for the college admissions process with confidence. We are currently seeking dedicated and knowledgeable tutors to join our team, with a focus on middle and high school mathematics, chemistry, and physics. Position Overview: We are looking for experienced academic tutors in mathematics, chemistry, and physics to provide in-person tutoring sessions. Candidates should be passionate about education, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working with students of varying skill levels. Subjects Needed: Mathematics: Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, AP Precalculus, AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Statistics Science: General Chemistry, Honors Chemistry, AP Chemistry Physics: Conceptual Physics, Honors Physics, AP Physics (preferred) Responsibilities: Provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring tailored to each student’s needs Prepare students for academic success in coursework and standardized exams (including AP exams) Collaborate with students, parents, and team members to monitor progress Maintain a professional and encouraging learning environment Be punctual and reliable for scheduled sessions Manage and update your availability using an online scheduling calendar Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred (in a relevant field such as Math, Chemistry, Physics, Education, or related disciplines) Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred Familiarity with AP course curricula and exam formats is a plus Reliable transportation and ability to travel for in-person sessions required Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to manage scheduling online (Google Calendar or similar tools) Why Join Us: Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives
