We are looking for reliable contractors to perform inspections, property preservation, pre-foreclosure, and REO work in the entire state of Oregon! We are recruiting contractors familiar with FHA guidelines and have the capabilities to perform the services listed below. POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and will assist in all aspects of maintenance for the community.
