Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Payment of bills • Contacting tenants for collection of delinquent rents, fees and tenant reimbursements • Preparation of Income/Expense Statement for owners • Respond to owners' and tenants' inquiries • Communicate with other Property Management Companies, Government Agencies as needed • Composes letters • Greet visitors and accept phone calls in a professional manner. Record detailed messages. • Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Work with others in a cooperative, professional and friendly manner. Dependable, accurate when completing tasks, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills and strong verbal communication skills. Work with time-sensitive material. High school graduate. Work over-time as needed. Desired: Experience working with property management software - Appfolio. Familiar with Word and Excel.
