We are looking for a reliable and motivated PT Pressure Washer/Janitor to join our team. The person will clean building exteriors, driveways, walkways, etc. using commercial grade pressure washing equipment. Days and hours vary, but plan on 2-4 nights a week, around 7:30pm to 1:00am. Responsibilities: Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently Prep job sites (move obstacles, tape off sensitive areas) Mix and apply cleaning solutions as needed Maintain equipment and report any repairs or issues Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
