We take pride in doing the work ourselves—using company-owned equipment, trained crews, and a no-excuses approach to getting the job done right. ________________________________________ Position Summary We are looking for General Laborers to join our growing field teams on demolition and remediation projects across the Coastal Bend and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who are willing to work hard, learn fast, and grow with the company. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidates. We offer incentives for TWIC holders, asbestos-certified workers, and those with hazmat training and a clean driving record. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Assist in demolition, cleanup, and site prep activities • Operate hand tools, load debris, and handle materials as directed • Set up containments, barriers, and other safety equipment • Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE • Support foremen, supervisors, and equipment operators • Perform physical labor in various outdoor and indoor conditions • Work safely around asbestos, mold, or hazardous materials (if certified) ________________________________________ Requirements • Dependable with reliable transportation • Must pass drug screening and background check • Physically fit: able to lift, carry, bend, and work outdoors • Willingness to show up early, stay late, and learn from crew leaders • Must follow instructions and safety rules without compromise • Valid driver’s license strongly preferred ________________________________________ Preferred (Incentive-Based) Qualifications Candidates with any of the following will receive priority consideration and higher starting pay: • TWIC Card • Asbestos Worker or Supervisor License • OSHA 10/30 Certification • Hazardous Material or Mold Remediation Training • Clean driving record ________________________________________ We Offer • Starting pay: $15–$20/hour, depending on experience and credentials • Weekly pay • Full health insurance after probationary period • Training and career development • Long-term opportunity with room to grow into Leadman, Operator, or Supervisor roles • A culture focused on doing the work smarter, safer, and better
