Job Description: At AVG Motors, we are looking to add a Sales Representative passionate about sales and cars, with skills to provide excellent customer service. The main objective will be to advise customers in the purchase of vehicles, offer financing options, and ensure a reliable and transparent buying experience. Main Responsibilities: Attend to and advise customers visiting the showroom or contacting via social media/Marketplace. Present available inventory and arrange test drives. Explain financing options and assist customers with credit applications. Follow up on leads and keep the CRM or customer records updated. Meet monthly sales targets set by management. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve online lead conversion. Ensure an excellent post-sale experience and ongoing customer follow-up. Requirements: Previous sales experience (preferably in automotive or finance). Intermediate to advanced level of English and Spanish. Ability to work toward goals and close effective sales. Good personal appearance, proactive attitude, and clear communication skills. Basic knowledge of social media, WhatsApp Business, and advertising platforms. With the opening of our second location, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to help us keep operations running smoothly and securely. The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing shipments, including firearms, ammunition, accessories, and merchandise. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and strict adherence to ATF regulations and company policies.
