Maintain a clean and organized finishing area. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in wood finishing, preferably in high-end architectural or custom millwork. Strong knowledge of finishing materials such as lacquer, polyurethane, conversion varnish, waterborne coatings, and catalyzed finishes. Commitment to precision, detail, and flawless results. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large wood components safely.
