Job responsibilities include Clean-up and of jobsites, sweeping and other general labors duties Construction Laborer Requirements: Must be able to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks that include lifting, carrying, and pulling items of up to 100 lbs, must be able to lift minimal of 50lbs repeatedly. Must be punctual and reliable. Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Must be able to work cooperatively with the construction team and learn from on-the-job training. Large family owned San Diego based pool service and repair company immediately hiring Pool Service Technicians for service routes throughout San Diego County. Our full-time Pool Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining all the pools on your route including: standard pool cleaning(brush, vac, net, empty baskets, etc), properly balancing water chemistry, and inspecting, monitoring, configuring pool equipment and systems. Various route areas can be accommodated in North, South, East, West, and Central San Diego areas. Experience is great, but we are happy to train if you are the right fit for our team and company culture. Ideal candidates have the following: • Available full-time(part-time may be an option if needed) Monday - Friday 8am-5pm • Are a hard worker, and would treat our customer's pools as if they were your own • Want a job where you can be independent, yet accountable to the Company and the Customer • Are meticulous, don't overlook the details, and take pride in your work • Are great at communicating with customers, answering questions and ensuring complete customer satisfaction • Are teachable, and open to learning new skills, tools, etc • Are consistent - you still follow the system, even with repetitive tasks • Are reliable - show up willing and ready to work on time, every time • Enjoy figuring things out and troubleshooting • Are comfortable with pets • Will need to be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and spend a lot of time on your feet • Will need to have your own truck and a valid CA driver's license.
