Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVACR is preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience working with refrigeration systems. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is required. Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, tools, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
