We’re looking for a motivated Cannabis Gardener to join our team—no prior experience required! We will provide full training for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Assist with daily plant care, including watering, pruning, and general maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grow rooms. Help with transplanting, harvesting, drying, and curing processes. Follow all company procedures and state compliance regulations. Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to ensure a high-quality product. Qualifications: Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry per Washington State regulations. Pay and Schedule: Competitive starting pay of $22/hour. $1 raise after 6 months and another after 12 months. Set schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm. Location: SODO, Seattle Start date: October 13, 2025
