We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman-level HVAC Technician who can take charge in the field, lead by example, and follow direction when needed. This position is part-time and project-based, with the opportunity to transition into full-time work for the right person. We are currently seeking janitorial staff both part-time and full-time and also looking to add more are supervisors. The specifications of the positions are: Janitorial Staff - Performs cleaning services using proper equipment and supplies and follows procedures for safe use and operation. - Cleans facilities, restrooms, common areas, cafeterias. - Remove trash, replace plastic trash bags. - Dusts and polishes equipment, furniture, or fixtures. - Cleans tables and microwaves. - Vacuums carpets, sweeps, mops, and deodorize floors. - Cleans walls, arranges furniture, and cleans window blinds. - Uses correct chemicals on all surfaces, fills all dispensers. - Maintains quality of work and customer satisfaction.
