This career opportunity will have a Monday-Friday schedule and is located at our office in Studio City. The scheduled hours for this position are 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm, after an initial training period of 2 - 4 weeks. The training period hours are 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. Create and maintain detailed logs of support requests and resolutions. Assist clients with setting up and configuring hardware and software systems. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently. Document technical procedures and user guides for clients. Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems. Install and configure new technology for clients, including hardware, operating systems, and software. Provide training to clients on new systems and technologies. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry. Assist with special projects that require technical expertise. Ensure data security and privacy protocols are followed.
