The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the glass industry or commercial and/or residential construction. It could be field related, estimating, project management, customer service, or a combination of all the above. Primary knowledge, skills and responsibilities include: • Knowledge of commercial storefront and other glass systems. • Help manage and schedule multiple teams of installers. • Estimate small to medium sized projects. Storefront installation, all glass systems, glass replacement and door repair. • Project management, from meeting customers on site to estimating, purchasing materials, and scheduling installation. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Superintendent to manage one mid‑sized residential buildings located in  the Upper East Side. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role requiring strong maintenance skills, excellent communication, and  the ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a  safe, clean, and pleasant living environment for all residents. Must be able to manage daily tasks independently,  coordinate with contractors, and respond to after‑hours issues when necessary. We are looking to fill this position  promptly.
