Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and contributing to a team that supports truckers and fleet owners every day. Key Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and drivers in person and by phone with a professional, positive attitude. Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate department. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, scheduling, and data entry. Support the sales and compliance teams with customer paperwork and follow-ups. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and office environment. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries. Qualifications Prior front desk, receptionist, or office admin experience preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required). Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and basic office equipment. Professional appearance and customer-service oriented. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
