JUXT Taphouse is on the lookout for an experienced, hard-working cook to add to our already fantastic kitchen team. All candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable. Must also be able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environments. This position will likely include all aspects of the back of house (prep, cooking, dishwashing, etc). Required Skills + Experience: - Minimum 2 years management experience in a high volume kitchen. - A genuine ability to train, develop, and motivate others - natural leadership ability. - Kitchen systems focused in a corporate environment. - Works well in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication skills, both written and oral. - Ability to problem-solve effectively. - Excellent organizational skills. - Possess a passion for food quality and an eye for detail. - Demonstrate a professional attitude and foster a fun and collaborative environment. - Able to use Microsoft Office and other required computer programs. - Flexible schedule availability.
