All current housemates are responsible and respectful of keeping the common spaces uncluttered and available for the rest of the household. The common spaces include two living rooms, an open concept kitchen and an outside patio with a table and chairs, and a gas BBQ. There is a big screen TV that is available for common use. The kitchen is large with many appliances and teflon free cookware along with a dishwasher, water filter, and gas stove. There is an eat in island and a full 8-person table. The room that is available is located upstairs. It is 13 X 13 with a large window. There is a large closet, a ceiling fan, and recessed lighting.
