This skilled multitasker will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and shipping activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. Objectives of this role • Ensure that the warehouse shipping operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction and accuracy as the primary goals — by establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals. • Efficient use of warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, and shipping methods. • Execute daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. Responsibilities • Oversee and managing logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and partners to ensure efficient delivery of freight . Required skills and qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Bilingual communicator • Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies including operation of WMS • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff. Preferred skills and qualifications • Experienced in development and utilization of Warehouse Management Systems.
