The maintenance manager will be servicing complexes in Hayward and Castro Valley. We have operated for nearly 20+ years in the Bay Area. Typical duties include: Perform general repairs: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall patching, painting Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from tenants, as directed from the property manager Daily travel between multiple properties located throughout Hayward / Castro Valley Turn vacant units into move-in ready units Install appliances Some furnace/heater repair Assist in the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the properties. Qualifications: 1+ year property maintenance/handyman experience (in apartment complexes highly preferred) Must have a vehicle, Driver's License, and tools.
