The Greenridge Group, a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management is seeking a Project/Construction Manager to join our team. We deliver fully integrated Program management solutions to both public and private sector clients, including serving as the prime contractor for several public sector clients. About the Role: In this role, you will take charge of overseeing and directing all stages of large-scale construction projects, from the initial planning phase right through to project completion. You will be responsible for coordinating various project activities, tackling construction-related challenges, and ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The perfect candidate will bring extensive experience in managing construction projects in the commercial, public works, or educational facility sectors. You should also showcase your ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, demonstrate strong contract negotiation skills, and maintain a firm commitment to safety protocols, adherence to schedules, and budget management. *Salary Range: $160K/Year-$180K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Manage, oversee, and coordinate all facets of pre-construction, bid/award, construction, and close-out phases for assigned projects. Review pre-construction documents and provide feedback to designers as needed. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and client stakeholders. Coordinate with public agencies and the public sector client to ensure compliance and resolve issues. Monitor project budgets and schedules to meet client quality standards; ensure budgets reflect actual progress. Manage contractor activities, review schedules and submittals, and respond to RFIs/RFCs. Review contractor substitutions for compliance with specifications and client requirements. Negotiate change orders, review potential schedule impacts, and ensure fair pricing. Oversee payment processes for contractors, architects, and engineers. Administer provisions of professional service agreements between architects and the client. Coordinate delivery of fixtures, furniture, and equipment. Manage project close-out, including certification and financial close-out. Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations (OSHA 30 minimum preferred). Other related duties as assigned. Requirements 10 to 15 years of full-time experience in Construction or a combination of Project and Construction Management of Commercial or Public/Educational Facility Construction with 3-5 years of full responsibility managing projects with construction values between $10M – $20M. Design Build Experience Experience with LEED, BIM, and DSA construction/design processes Diploma from a recognized college/university with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management OR a valid Certified Construction Manager(CCM) credential OR a Bachelor’s Degree and the ability to earn a CCM within 1 year of employment An active Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors An active CCM Credential by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI) OSHA 30 Certificate Why Join Greenridge?
