Hello! I'll be out of town for a bit next month and would like to sublet my studio in Greenpoint if anyone's looking for a spot from November 3-17. The inside space is relatively small (but super nice) and the outdoor space is sizable and would be yours to enjoy. (Currently undergoing a little decor update so things will look a bit different.) The building also has a small rooftop and laundry in the basement. And I'm directly across the street from the Nassau G stop and right around the corner from McCarren Park (and just about anything else you'd ever want or need).
