The table weighs approximately 30 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift. · Ability to stand for extended stretches of time. · Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location. Qualifications: • Have at least 1 year of previous experience in property management • Are team player, able to multi-task, and handle uncomfortable conversations • Strong organizational and communication skills • Are punctual with a great attendance record • Experience with computers, internet and Microsoft office software. Yardi and On-Site experience is a plus • May be required to fill in at sister properties.
