POSITION SUMMARY: As a Finishing Carpenter at Proform, you are in your domain of working within a team of talented professionals, striving to deliver on the promise we make to each and every client. On a daily basis, you will be challenged to execute on details sketched and imagined by some of Seattle’s brightest designers and architects. You’ll be accountable for the work you undertake, for mentoring and being mentored, and for continuing to deepen the relationships with clients, architects/designers, the Proform team - and all other associates you interact with. SUCCESS IN THE ROLE: - Success in this role is defined by working cohesively within a team environment and executing on the finishing components of high-end remodeling projects while maintaining the highest level of care for both clients, and their homes. - Delighting clients and creating raving fans of designers and architects. - Finding the balance between exacting details and project scheduling/budgeting. - Skills and knowledge transfer to team members through mentorship. - Contributing to Proform’s recognition for construction and relationship excellence. - Creating streamline processes to find operational efficiencies on projects. 💰 $300 SIGNING BONUS 💰 We’re rebuilding our core team from the top down and seeking a motivated, dependable individual to step into the role of Field Foreman. Prior foreman experience is not required — a strong work ethic, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset are needed and all candidates possessing those traits are encouraged to apply regardless of prior experience. A valid driver’s license is required. We are hiring at all levels, but candidates for this role must understand that the Foreman position is both supervisory and hands-on. The Foreman must be comfortable performing the full scope of field technician tasks while directing others, especially when crews are short-staffed or deadlines demand it. Foremen are the in-field authority, reporting directly to the Coordinator and Director of Operations. They enforce schedules and policies, and carry full responsibility for the crews under them.
