Our company has an immediate need for HVAC professionals on the northside of Indy. Ideal candidates would be comfortable working in Commercial environments. Some competencies include: - replace and repair of compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and valves - Diagnose Mechanical and Electrical problems - perform Preventative Maintenance - Install new units We have multiple jobs in and around Marion County. We can offer minimal guidance and support when needed but pay is based on ability to work independently. Company truck is provided if driving record is insurable. Job Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on diverse forklift models (propane, electric, and IC engines). Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Conduct safety inspections to ensure equipment compliance. Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory. Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic or in a similar role Own Hand-Tools Proficiency with schematics and diagnostic tools Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred OSHA forklift training or manufacturer certifications a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
