Local Applicants Only – San Diego Based We are currently hiring Journeyman Electricians who live in the San Diego area. Most work is located throughout San Diego County and nearby SoCal job sites. We are not offering relocation or travel per diem for this role. 💵 REAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE (OPEN SHOP) Base Pay: $45–$50/hr Typical OT: 10 hrs/week = $150K+ total potential Full Family Health Insurance – company paid (~$16K value) 401K with 4% match + yearly bonus 4 Weeks Paid Vacation + Holidays Company Phone & Utility Truck (after probation) Total Compensation ≈ $185K/year ⚙️ PREVAILING WAGE WORK We are an open-shop contractor, but many of our projects include prevailing-wage scopes. On those jobs, hourly rates can reach $70–$100/hr, depending on classification and location. Qualifications: · Proven experience as a structural welder (2+ years preferred). · AWS D1.1 welding certification preferred or ability to obtain. · Ability to read and interpret structural blueprints and welding symbols. · Familiarity with standard shop tools, measuring devices, and fabrication equipment. · Commitment to safety and quality. Travel Requirements: Between projects. Physical Requirements: Be physically active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath. Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out. Keep or regain the body's balance or stay upright when in an unstable position. See objects in very bright or glaring light.
