When operating machines, they must be able to see the gauges and dials to make sure everything is functioning properly and be able to perceive how near or how far to move equipment. This is a year-round position. The right candidate will have proficiency in all aspects of garden care: correct pruning, mulching, and planting techniques, western Washington weed and plant identification, and more.
