Poplar Village North is looking for part-time maintenance help to join our team at Poplar Village North Apartments. We are a drug free smoke free apartment complex located in east Medford. This position would include painting and helping the maintenance manager with apartment turn overs for incoming tenants. It would also include filling in for the maintenance manager from time to time when they are sick, or on vacation. This is an hourly position. About The Position: Your role centers on the production of textiles, canvas art as well as studio support and upkeep. This includes: - Cutting art down to size - Prep art according to job specs - Excellent measuring skills - Running the UV and Sublimation Machine - Assist with the preparation and execution of applying art to items and pressing this on a heat press. The position's primary responsibility will be to oversee commercial interior and exterior remodel projects from pre-construction phase through to final completion. The projects are commercial retail stores located throughout the San Diego Area. This position will require a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending on the needs of the project.
