We are a growing business providing pool maintenance/cleaning and home maintenance/repair services to mostly Airbnb's in Joshua Tree and surrounding areas including Yucca Valley and Twenty-Nine Palms. We are currently seeking to expand our team with the right person. Could this be you! Experience is "not" necessary, the following prerequisite is: - you will need a reliable and suitable vehicle. (A vehicle that can carry your cleaning equipment, tools and on occasions materials). - having some basic pool cleaning equipment is not essential but would be very advantageous in your plight for securing the job. - you should have hand tools (incl. a battery drill with various tool bits and drill bits). - you will need to be based in the vicinity of Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, Twenty-Nine Palms. - you must be reliable, (which also means you must answer your phone when you are called). - you must be honest and trustworthy. - you must have a clean criminal record. - you must be prepared to do a drug test. - you must be able to work within a team environment as well as unsupervised. - you must be a fast learner and a quick thinker. - you must be able to work to deadlines and be efficient in your time management. This is not your usual Monday to Friday 9-5. Some days you work some days you don't and yes that means there can be work on the weekends as well. Please do not ask me how much money you will be paid. SIT DOWN & STAND-UP REACH FORKLIFT DRIVERS NEEDED!! IMMEDIATE HIRE!! We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires proficiency in operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials, load/unload shipments, and support inventory operations efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Operate sit-down forklifts for pallet transport and dock work. Operate stand-up reach trucks/order pickers for high-shelf inventory access and warehouse racking. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately per customer and internal requirements. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Perform routine forklift maintenance and safety inspections. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Assist with inventory control and cycle counts when needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one. 1+ year of experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Preferred Skills: Experience with RF scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures. Familiarity with OSHA forklift safety standards. SUMMARY The Shipping & Receiving Clerk ensures an efficient flow of material throughout the warehouse. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk processes materials and maintains control of inventory through the various warehouse systems. The Shipping & Receiving clerk processes documentation following company workflow process and protocols and follows company policy and procedures. JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE · Coordinates the stocking and arrangement of inventory in the warehouse and in conformance to policies and procedures. · Provides training, scheduling, and guidance to warehouse personnel. · Inspects received goods, notes any damages and discrepancies, and immediately reports information to the appropriate department in conformance to policies and procedures. · Completes all paperwork relating to the received goods and processing the delivery receipts in a timely manner. · Assists in inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities and monthly inventory counts. · Coordinates the movement of goods between the storage facility and the Production facility. · Completes job assignments in compliance with Federal, State laws, and company policies and procedures. · Ensures the compliance of safety guidelines in the warehouse. · Complies with OSHA rules and practices. Wears the proper safety equipment. · Performs inventory transactions for receipts and shipments of farm out orders. · Performs scanning and reporting of documents and reports for farm out orders and in-house receipts. · Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies. This includes packages shipping UPS and Fed Ex. · Collaborates with production, customer service representatives and others involve with shipment products. · Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
