The ideal candidates will have prior housekeeping experience, preferably in hotels, and take pride in delivering spotless, welcoming spaces for our guests. Responsibilities: Clean and prepare vacation rental units to hotel-level standards Change linens, make beds, restock supplies, and ensure all areas are guest-ready Report maintenance issues or damages promptly Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists Work efficiently to meet tight turnaround times between guest check-ins Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards that enhance guest experience Requirements: Must live in or near Harlem, NY Prior housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience required Able to communicate in English (basic conversational level) Strong work ethic: reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Trainable, quick learner, and able to follow instructions Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Leadership qualities and ability to guide/support other cleaners when needed Preferred: Experience with vacation rentals or short-term rentals Strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules If you are hardworking, dependable, and enjoy creating welcoming spaces for guests, we’d love to hear from you. As a Warehouse Associate, you will pull orders for customers and load orders onto our company delivery trucks. You will perform picking and loading duties using a forklift.
