Experience: -Knowledge of pool and spa equipment such as pumps, heaters, filters, and chlorinators. -Ability to test and balance water chemistry (pH, chlorine levels, alkalinity).- Skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components. -Experience in the Spa and pool maintenance or repair-related field is essential. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, including the use of ammeters and voltmeters. -Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field. -Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills. Looking for a person or couple to help on my ranchette. The worker will live for free on the property in a recreational vehicle (RV). The owner will pay for electricity, internet, and propane. In return, they will clean and muck out the stables 2 or 3 times per week or daily, feed the animals twice a day, and provide them with fresh, clean water every day. The owner also has occasional tasks (trash collection, fence building and repair, carpentry, and maintenance of the main house garden) that will be paid at $20.00 per hour, in addition to maintaining the animal areas.
