WE ARE LOOKING FOR LEAD GENERATORS TO CREATE LEADS FOR OUR LICENSED PROFESSIONALS. We have been working in the financial services and insurance industry since 1993 and we have always used lead generators in addition to many other types of marketing. Lead generators are very important to us and are the backbone of our business. We understand their value and pay accordingly.
We have always used health insurance as a foot in the door product. We have been looking for a quality health insurance policy since 2014 as we are specialists in this industry and are very particular as far as the products we work with. Much of the additional business we write develops from health insurance clients. These types of policies would include annuities, indexed universal life (IUL's), and life settlements, which are all very high commissioned policies.
We have found an exceptonal health plan and this part of our business is beginning to explode because of the quality of the product. Hence we are hiring some additional lead generators.

WE PROVIDE UNLIMITED FREE LEADS. We never run out of people to call. We also provide a simple script and knowledge of health insurance is not required. We provide all day support to our lead generators where we answer all questions and take care of whatever they need. In addtion to that, we keep a record of everything that goes on with a lead for our records and email that information to the lead generator so that they know exactly what is going on with their leads. Again, our lead generators are more important than anyone here and that is the way we treat them.
We pay our lead generators $500 AND UP for each health policy issued. When our commission is more, then the fee for the lead generator is more (50/50 SPLIT). We also pay our lead generators $2,500 or 30% (whichever is greater) per policy for any other policies that are written; such as annuities, indexed universal life policies, and life settlements. These are all very high commissioned policies and each one of these types of policies are quality vehicles that help people. Yes, these are very high fees that we pay our lead generators, but again, we know the value of lead generators and we pay accordingly. We wouldn't have the business without them.
