Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as a Handyman, Janitor & Landscaper. This full-time, cross-functional role combines basic maintenance, janitorial duties, and landscaping responsibilities to ensure our facility and grounds are well-maintained and presentable. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. Key Responsibilities Handyman Duties: Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve facility maintenance issues promptly. Maintain and repair farm equipment and tools. Janitorial Duties: Clean and sanitize various areas within the facility, including production rooms, restrooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean windows and surfaces. Empty trash and recycling bins; restock supplies as necessary. Adhere & ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness schedule and standards. Landscaping Duties: Maintain and care for outdoor areas, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and weeding garden beds. Work with our outdoor plants as needed to promote healthy plant growth. Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants. Remove debris, leaves, and snow to keep the grounds tidy, safe, and thoroughly salted. . Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial, or landscaping roles preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers and trimmers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
