This is a perfect side gig for anyone who is capable of learning the basics below! We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Property Preservation Crew. As a Property Preservation Foreclosure Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining and securing vacant properties in foreclosure. This position requires both indoor and outdoor work, as well as a strong ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Perform property inspections and assess the condition of properties in foreclosure. • Secure properties by changing locks, boarding up windows and doors, and ensuring that the property is safe and secure. • Conduct regular maintenance tasks including lawn care, trash removal, and debris cleanup. • Winterize properties to prevent damage from the elements. • Maintain accurate records of completed work and submit reports in a timely manner. • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients. • Ability to perform basic repairs Must have own transportation and able to complete jobs w/out direct supervision. Duties: Build office furniture, dividing walls etc. Carpentry type of skills needed. Should be familiar with reading blueprints and reading a tape measure. Must have reliable transportation and valid REAL ID driver's license. Will need to report to various locations (most around the metro). Must have fairly clean background check (no theft or violent history). Position will involve sometimes using company box truck to transport materials (Real ID and clean driving record needed). Some travel in MN. Some of the job locations could be out of town ( Brainard, Mora, etc.) Out of town locations are usually between Mon.-Fri. Out of town expenses - company will pay for lodging and provide $40. per day for food Company will reimburse on mileage but most often will have arrangement for van transportation with other co-workers. Schedule: 7 -3:30, Mon.-Fri. some overtime possible and some variation depending on location.
