We’re seeking an organized, dependable Office Assistant to join us on-site on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and takes pride in maintaining an efficient, welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the Executive, Accounting, and Operations teams • Perform receptionist duties: answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors • Assist with accounts payable and invoice tracking • Support HR and facility tasks, including office access and upkeep • Draft and format correspondence, reports, and other internal documents • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements • Help plan and coordinate office events and team activities • Manage office and kitchen supply inventory and ensure equipment is functioning properly • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries • Keep shared spaces tidy, organized, and inviting Qualifications • Minimum 1 year in an administrative, office, or virtual assistant role • Proficient with DocuSign, Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft 365 • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools • Strong attention to detail and professionalism • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Employment Type: Part-time, W-2 employee Compensation: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience This is a position of significant responsibility and a great opportunity for the right candidate.
