This is an incredibly dynamic and extremely rewarding position, but only for the right person. Our small, energetic concierge type practice provides life-saving sleep apnea treatment to patients in need of an alternative to CPAP therapy. We are seeking a sleep champion that is a multi-hat wearing, crazy passionate, dedicated lifelong learner to work alongside us as a referral/marketing/patient coordinator that keeps most aspects of the day to day office flowing. To join our team YOU DO NOT have to know anything about dentistry or sleep apnea. You do however need to be a committed learner that is eager to develop new skills. If you are a friendly and outgoing individual that loves to get to know new people this position is for you. This is not a typical medical front office position. The sleep champion is responsible for not only being a great listener but also an excellent communicator. You will be the first point of contact with new patients. This means you will help with the process of discovery around patients' current concerns and discuss the benefits of treating their sleep apnea in order to guide them into a treatment that can dramatically improve their lives.. Although daily responsibilities may vary in our dynamic environment, the sleep champion will also be responsible for many administrative as well as front and back office tasks including answering phones, working in an electronic health record, scheduling, coordinating patient/physician referrals, follow up, inventory and managing some aspects of billing. The ideal candidate is someone who is: Charismatic Detail oriented and organized Interested in marketing outreach or social media Comfortable with various computer programs e.g: Adobe, Excel, Google Suite, Medical Records Self-driven with critical thinking skills Is forward thinking and likes to share new ideas Comfortable discussing financials We are interested both in experienced staff or those who are new to the field; what you don't know we will help you learn through mentorship and training. Currently we are looking for someone to be the main liaison for the Denver office though there may be occasional days where I need you to work in Castle Rock with me.
