Our team is small which means Bartenders not only make cocktails, pour wine and beer but also serve, bus tables, run food, buff glassware & take out trash. 2.We are in a small town and business can be unpredictable – from slammed to mellow to slow. 3.Our selection of liquors is curated – we do not carry all the big name, EZ-Button “go-to’s”. Responsibilities: • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Craft high-quality cocktails with precision and consistency • Provide exceptional service and engage with guests to enhance their experience • Maintain an extensive knowledge of our cocktail menu, wine selection, and spirits • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols • Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal cocktail, wine & food menus • Prepare and serve bar snacks from the kitchen • Process transactions on POS system accurately, honestly and efficiently Qualifications: • 2+ years of bartending experience preferred • Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and wine • Enthusiasm for hospitality and creating a welcoming environment • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude • CA RBS and/or Food Handlers certification is a plus • Must be at least 21 years old • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and excel with little supervision If you’re ready to join the team send your resume.
