




Location: Novato and San Rafael, CA (On-site at both locations) Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 10 hours per week. Schedule is flexible and hours may vary weekly. Pay Rate: $25 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Part-Time House and Office Manager to provide support across a private residence and a small office. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys variety and can manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Household Management: Perform grocery shopping and run general errands (e.g., post office, dry cleaning). Light Maintenance: Conduct light cleaning and tidying to maintain household and office organization. Office Support: Organize, file, and manage paperwork and supplies in a home office setting. Physical Tasks: Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., groceries, office supplies, storage boxes). Qualifications & Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle for errands (mileage reimbursement may be provided for trips beyond a standard radius). Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and reliability. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Must pass a standard background check.
