Due to the recent expansion of Car Keys Express, we are looking to hire an Automotive Key Technician/Mobile Sales Manager immediately in the San Diego/So Cal areas. The Automotive Key Technician is responsible for managing the on-site key production, programming and customer support during our promotional campaigns at Costco’s in the San Diego area, so that customers may be provided convenience and ease as they shop. This mobile van operator and overall retail manager, will have a passion for sales, marketing, travel and a knowledge or experience in the automotive industry. Car Keys Express provides full, paid-training throughout and opportunities for van management/ownership. Responsibilities: Programing keys, re-keying and cutting to code Creating automotive keys and programming transponders Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales Manage on-site Inventory Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Utilize your sales skills to generate new business and enhance customer retention. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and locksmithing techniques. In business for over 35 years our reputation is impeccable with national recognition on TV, magazines, and newspapers. About the Job: This job offering is for a deli counter salesperson. You will need to assist customers in finding products they need, slicing cold cuts and cheese, as well as bagging the items and doing basic math to total a customers bill before finishing the transaction. You must also help the rest of the staff in stocking the store and keeping the work area clean. All training will be provided, but we are a team where everyone assists with whatever tasks need accomplishing that day. Compensation: We offer a starting salary of $17.50 per hour and work 5 days per week, 9 hours a day plus exceptional tips. During the Easter and Christmas season, as well as some other points during the year, a 6th day will be required, but will be compensated as overtime. The day off in addition to Sunday will be determined upon employment, but all employees are required to work Friday and Saturday. All employees receive 30% off on any and all items in the store and we provide free lunch daily. Requirements: -You must be diligent, hard working, and responsible. This means showing up on time, working to your fullest every day, and calling ahead of time if something such as an illness or accident prevents you from coming to work. -You must have a friendly demeanor, be personable, and engaging. -Must enjoy working with people -Eager to work and learn. We will train you! Hours 10 am-3 pm Mon-Fri and possibly Saturday 10 am-2 pm Bilingual in English and Spanish. This includes reading, writing, and good grammar in both languages. ● Strong telephone skills and ability to work with clients and insurance companies. ● Experience in Microsoft products is necessary ● Prior Administrative Assistant/Receptionist experience is a must ● Must be able to present a solid, professional attitude towards clients, vendors, and insurance companies. ● Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate response. ● Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
